The Canon PowerShot Elph SD900 is known in the UK as the Ixus 900 Ti.
Canon are celebrating 10 years of Elph/Ixus, and this is their flagship model to date.
I never though I would ever say this by my love for Canon is starting to crumble.
The following picture is from the UKs Channel 5 TV show - The Gadget Show. They did some honest tests of 3 to of the range compact digital cameras. The Canon Ixus 900Ti, the Sony DSC-N2 and the Fuji F31.
A series of pictures were taken at various events and as it turned out, the Canon which I admit looks fantastic was the worst performer. As a fan on Canon, I'm in total shock!
As it turns out the camera that came out tops in the test was the Fuji F31. It was responsive, handled poor light well and produced good quality images.

The FujiFilm F31 with Face Detection, and winner of The Gadget Shows 3 way test.
On my next post I will tell you about my experience with my friends Canon S2 IS with its 12x optical zoom.
